Founded in 2018 by a group of architects and real-estate professionals who shared a frustration with the mediocrity of rental housing in Quebec's Eastern Townships, Inviting Luxury Living was born from a simple belief: renters deserve the same quality, beauty, and thoughtfulness that homeowners enjoy.
Our founding team spent two years studying the world's most admired residential projects — from boutique condominiums in Copenhagen to heritage conversions in Melbourne — before breaking ground on our first Sherbrooke property. The result is a building that marries contemporary Canadian design with timeless European craftsmanship, set against the natural beauty of the Estrie region.
Since welcoming our first residents, we have grown from a single building into a curated collection of premium residences, each one reflecting the same core philosophy: that where you live profoundly shapes how you live. Philippe Lavoie
Co-founder and managing director
Philippe brings a hospitality background — having managed boutique hotels in Montreal and Quebec City — to the world of residential living. He leads operations, leasing, and resident relations.
Émilie Bouchard
Head of resident services
